1 – General Conditions:
– The VAT in force at the time of invoicing is included in the prices advertised on the website.
– The payment method for services offered on THE WEBSITE is in advance, before the service starts, by credit card or bank transfer.
– The services that can be directly contracted on THE WEBSITE of ESFÉRICO are related to soil laboratory analyses, and may include, among others, determination of organic carbon content in the soil (COS), inorganic carbon, and other elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, etc., bulk density (BD) of the soil, and the concentration of coarse elements, generation of reports to help interpret the data generated.
2 – Shipping Instructions:
– When contracting a soil analysis, in order for the contractor to collect one or more soil samples, one or more soil extraction devices, one or more sample tubes to preserve the samples during shipping, as well as other materials to facilitate sampling and transportation, will be sent to the address provided during the purchase.
– The contractor is obligated to return all the material received for the sampling, using the shipping method provided by ESFÉRICO. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price. However, ESFÉRICO will not cover any extra shipping costs that may arise due to the contractor's failure to comply with the shipping policies and conditions of the carrier. In this case, it will be the contractor's responsibility to cover the supplementary shipping costs.
– In cases where the contractor does not return the devices and/or other materials received for collecting the soil samples to ESFÉRICO, ESFÉRICO will not carry out the contracted analyses. Additionally, no refund will be given, as the amount will be used to cover the cost of the unreturned devices.
3 – Sample Handling in the Laboratory:
– The remaining sample will be kept in the laboratory for up to 15 days after the results are delivered, after which it will be destroyed, unless the requester specifically asks for it.
– The samples must be linked to the "Analysis Request Form" with the client's data, the list of contracted analyses, and the sample references. This form is generated at the time of contracting the services on THE WEBSITE, and will be attached to the email confirmation of the order. If, upon checking the received Form, the Contractor notices any errors, they have 2 hours to write to the email info@esferico2.com to request necessary modifications or even order cancellation.
4 – Report Delivery:
– The laboratory staff is not authorized to give results over the phone, therefore NO ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE to ensure the company's privacy policy.
– The reports will be sent to the email provided at the time of contracting the services.
